Wane Clarke – Area Representative | Lambeau / Lowlands

Wane Clarke is the Area Representative for Lambeau/Lowlands and a lifelong community builder. Born and raised in Lambeau Village, he was educated at Lambeau Anglican School and trained in carpentry and bespoke tailoring.

A former Tobago football representative and coach of more than two decades, Mr. Clarke founded the Lambeau Youth Sport Foundation and the Tobago Early Childhood Games, significantly expanding youth participation across the island. He has also served in the Division of Community Development, Youth Development and Sport.

His leadership is defined by mentorship, discipline, and sustained grassroots impact.
