Trevor Williamson James – Area Representative | Scarborough / Mt. Grace

Mr. Trevor Williamson James, who is the returning Assemblyman for the District of Scarborough/Mt. Grace, is a results-driven infrastructure specialist. Since his birth and early life in the village of Belle Garden, east Tobago, he has built a long career of effective delivery, stellar service and principled leadership.

Educationally, Mr. James is enabled by the rich wisdom of the Tobagonian Ancestral Collective, and holds a Master’s of Sciences Degree in Construction Project Management. Philosophically, he is driven by a commitment to deep values of faith, family, and the duty to serve. He is vested with an unshakable passion for Tobago’s inherent right to self-determination for the sustained socioeconomic prosperity and peace of the Tobagonian People. He is one of its strongest advocates.

In his drive toward the infrastructural development and self-sufficiency for Tobago as the Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and Urban Development, Mr. James has led major infrastructure projects at all scales, island-wide – foremost among them is the urban re-development of the New City of Scarborough.
