Keigon Kayleb Denoon – Area Representative | Buccoo / Mt. Pleasant

Keigon Kayleb Denoon is the Area Representative for Buccoo/Mt. Pleasant and a dedicated community leader, youth development advocate, and public servant whose work has consistently focused on people-centred development. Grounded in faith and guided by integrity, he is known for accessible, practical leadership that prioritises families, young people, and grassroots communities.

He currently serves as President of the Buccoo Village Council, where he has played a central role in revitalising community life and civic pride. His leadership contributed to the successful renewal of the Buccoo Goat and Crab Race Festival, the reactivation of cultural and community spaces, and sustained advocacy for improvements to sporting and public facilities. Through collaboration with residents, civil society, and public institutions, he has helped deliver tangible community-level results.

A strong advocate for youth empowerment, Mr. Denoon has led and supported programmes focused on internships, career readiness, entrepreneurship, leadership training, and financial literacy, creating pathways to opportunity and self-reliance. He holds a BSc, MBA, LLB, and certifications in Industrial Relations and Legal Studies, bringing a disciplined, accountable, and people-focused approach to governance in service of Buccoo/Mt. Pleasant and Tobago as a whole.
