Darren Hestor Henry – Area Representative | Bethel / New Grange

Darren Hestor Henry is the Area Representative for Bethel/New Grange and a veteran public servant with more than twenty-six years of service in the Tobago House of Assembly. He has risen from Forester I to Acting Assistant Conservator of Forests and Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Forestry.

He holds a Diploma in Forestry and BSc in Forestry and Environmental Land Management, as well as an international diploma in Botanical Garden Management from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. A man of faith and lifelong community participant, Mr. Henry has been deeply involved in sport, environmental education, and youth mentorship.
He continues to champion sustainable development, eco-tourism, skills training, and youth empowerment across Bethel and New Grange.
